2- copy paste of algo (rebrand with new name)
3- premine
4- 10 coin for block ( of course with premine) so price go up more than sigt...
stay away...

Did anyone notice that PoS starts right at block 500? When dev has thousands of coins and everyone else has 500 total among all miners? And - surprise - the early PoS reward is 2x. Dev is going to massively grow his pre-mine through PoS before anyone else has enough to stake.
