What made you decide to start an ICO?
Just curious as to how you will answer this? HI! We decided to launch our token sale to involve as many people as we can to create a decentralized ecosystem which will be used to build CPA services, ranging from affiliate programs to a affiliate networks and related products. HOQU’s mission is to make the distribution of rewards in the internet affiliate market more equitable and to set new standards of transparency and efficiency that will benefit all the participants. |

How do you plan to keep your community engaged to ensure a long term success for HOQU?
Hello! We are building a totally new marketing experience with features which affiliates and merchants are got used to. All the community will be able to do their own solutions based on our SDK and get information for them from blockchain via API. No personal data is disclosed statistics and figures is a very interesting field which is not disclosed to public or even customers. To HOQU participants who don’t want to create their technical solutions by using our SDK, we’re offering an easy to use web app (desktop and mobile version) |

Are we thinking of the same kind of CPA, like accounting? Or is this a term for affiliate marketing? Sorry for the ignorance, just don't see the relation between the two. |

I can't think of any ways it would be useful, but I get surprised all the time when it comes to this field. There are seemingly endless uses for it. |
