I don’t entirely like the arbitration system that is described in the technical documentation, to be precise, I don’t like that any user can become an arbitrator. It makes me doubt the objectiveness if the way in which various disputes will be solved.

I guess you mix up HOQU and some other service ‘cause there will be appellate centers which will be HOQU subdivisions responsible for regulation and audit of mechanisms of operation of the service. |

I guess you mix up HOQU and some other service ‘cause there will be appellate centers which will be HOQU subdivisions responsible for regulation and audit of mechanisms of operation of the service. But there will be arbitrators working in these centers. Who will they be? |

Such an approach to solving the disputes can’t but rejoice. What will the average time of processing if user’s request be? It’s obvious that it depends on the number of experts hired by HOQU. |

I’ve seen a block in the white paper where it’s told that partner networks will have an opportunity to create their own services on input and withdrawal of means on the platform. Can you give any examples? I just can’t understand what the idea is.
