I’ve been thinking and decided that HOQU gives the chance to do a network in a network, I mean, to create partner networks in vain. The rules established by the platform will be able to change major partner networks in the future because of this, to take control over prices and conditions, and this will negatively affect partners and advertisers.
You know, if the platform worked on a centralized basis, these events would be quite real. But all interaction between the parties will be carried out via Ethereum blockchain solutions and smart contracts in HOQU, this guarantees maximum transparency of work. There won’t be any price manipulations; partner networks will simply charge their 0.5% commission. So maybe partners and advertisers can work without partner networks? HOQU will provide all parties with the freedom to choose. If advertisers and partners want to work directly, they can do it without problems. But if, for example, advertisers don’t want to look for partners independently, they can simply switch to the partner network and their problem will be solved. The same situation relates to the partners: they won’t have to search for advertisers on their own, they can just start working with the partner network and there will be an accessible list of offers. Does it turn out that the partner networks will simply act as an intermediary and charge a commission for this? Yes, absolutely true. It’s an analogue of modern CPA-networks, but the whole process of work here is transparent and the commission is really small compared to those relevant in the market.

And if a partner fails when performing the offer, will the partner network via which he works be responsible to the advertiser for this?

It seems that the company told that all tokens unsold will be destroyed

I’m interested in the point which says that there will be a lot of pre-installed modules in HOQU. What modules are mentioned?

Greetings to everybody! Guys, in your opinion, in case of a dispute will the parties choose the appellate center themselves or will the system do it automatically?

If a kind of fault proved by the experts of the appellate center, will users’ rating be simply lowered or will they lose access to the service for any period?

Have a nice day, guys. Can anyone explain to me explain all the advantages that the platform gets as a result of split of the service into several decentralized applications?

What pleased me the most about this service, is that advertisers may pay remunerations with fiat money! It is very convenient for many and will attract additional traffic to the service. So, the HOQU developers did it for a good reason.

Friends, what was the price of "HQX" tokens at the ICO?
It’s hard to recall it now. The price of a token was constantly changing because of bonuses. I think, it was about 0.0002 per one.

I want to disappoint you, but the advertisers will not be able to pay with fiat currencies or cryptocurrencies for performing offers. This can be done only with HQX tokens.
