I requested refund and opened a support ticket on 3/6/18 and two weeks ago support stated I should get my refund in a couple days but haven’t received it yet, is there another step I need to take to receive the refund?
❗️ Announcement for US contributors, who are not accredited investor:
👌 Information we need to provide you a refund:
- your passport or driver's license
- a message that you are not an accredited investor via the ticket
- wallet address to send your contribution back
- you are able to choose the currency to get the refund in if you have contributed BTC or LTC: BTC/ETH or LTC/ETH
If you chose to convert your contribution, we will convert your contribution using the trading rate that was used at the moment of your contribution (you will get the same amount in ETH as in your account).
✅ The additional information we need in some cases:
- a photo of your passport/driver's license near your face if you want to get a refund to the wallet address different from the wallet address in your account;
- we will ask you to confirm the change of the ETH wallet address in your account via email if you want to get a refund to the ETH wallet address different from the address in your account and you have contributed 1 ETH or more
This is necessary for security reasons!
