After a lot of studying, I came to the conclusion that having calculated the prospects, it is beneficial to invest in a good ICO after the ICO itself, on a wave of payments for the bounty, since in most of the bounty bounties immediately after payment try to get their money without going into the prospect of the project and the price of the coin  at times less than the price of coins for investors.
