Gambling Is never easy to quit even when you know you'll be making looses, in most of the cases you won't be able to quit it alone, it's always best to involve some one or your family, to help you cope with it. It's difficult but not impossible. My belief is therapy, opening up and tying your money to a goal. Though it will only happen over a time, but you got to be strong.

I dont get what you mean, you are suggesting about trading but why you suggest us to register on sportsbook sites? Do you think sports betting is the same as trading? IMO both are different, sports betting is not like trading. Indeed both need some analysis but sports betting is just another gambling type while trading is not a type of gambling.

Trading  does really needed a lot of time and patience just to see the good results when you do it. And gambling we only think about its quick way of making money. But when we talk about quitting, I'm not going to quit gambling and start trading. Why I have to quit gambling just for a start of another hobby if I can do both of it?

To be able to double your balance through trading is sure to take a while longer and the size of one's balance has a lot of role to play, but to do same with with gambling can be as simple as hitting your entire balance at 2x and hope luck smiles at you! Luck however does not smile often at people, so a reason to quit gambling for trading often becomes a choice after many unfulfilled adventures  to some gambling islands.

The only way that can make an addicted gambler leave gambling and get into trading is if he loses a very big amount of money in a very short period of time. Then maybe he will think of not gambling again and turn to trading as trading is based on skills mostly but not on luck. Other than this, i don't think there is any easy way to leave gambling if you are addicted to it. I personally don't gamble with my earned money, but i only do it when i get a giveaway and when i bust the bits i have gotten from the giveaway, i leave it and don't think of depositing.

If you want to start trading read about it first. Investopedia is a good choice. Get a bittrex or poloniex account and buy some altcoins. You can have better results than with Bitcoin if you don't have a lot of money.

Trading is not safest way for making profit, trading is complicated, more then gambling. There are different strategies that you can use in trading, some of them are very risky much more risky then playing poker.
If you lost a lot of money with gambling and you think it will be better with trading you are wrong, changing one addiction with another where you can lose even more money will not solve anything. Trading is in many ways same as gambling, you risk and bigger risk is bigger gain, safer trading lower gain, but that is same in gambling.

What does point 3 have to do with trading?

I think he was trying to hint on how to raise some funds for trading, by creating surebets and potentially turn a bookmaker's welcome bonus into cash and I think it is something worth the try, after there's nothing to lose. Thanks to the internet, there are already lots of information online on that!

I think trading has a way bigger gambling element than traditional gambling mate   Plus you could double your money within minutes unlike trading where you need to be glued to your monitor watching all the graphs and news and shit. Too much work for too little gain.

I strongly disagree with this, because this is not true at all, you could not double your money in gambling, it is easy to say but so hard to be done. I could assure myself that I could get something in return in Trading even it takes months, at least it is worth the wait, unlike in gambling that you would only win in the first try, to the second, but after that, you are just going to lose all of your money and will be addicted to this.

Really? Mind you that after pumping there is dumping and your investment might be worth less or even close to nothing after some months. I prefer to have 2x my stake after 1 hour than wait months for UNKNOWN result. So yeah there is that.
And by the way buying shitcoins in the hope of getting rich is not trading in the slightest. It's called shooting in the dark aka gambling and it's similar to buying a lottery ticket. It might end up costing a lot or nothing at all.

This is all about of our thoughts & experience.
If someone is doing great in gambling or in trading, than he/she will say gambling or the trading is the best.

As an example with 1 btc in gambling and in trading.
If we lose in gambling than we are losing all of the money instantly or within a day.
But if we invest in a coin and later the coin lost his value, so we lost the day but not the money. There is still hope the price will rise. (I am not talking about the shit coins)

I have tried gambling with many strategies. And at the end I have lost everything.
But when I started trading, I made some money. Though I have bought so many shit coins in yobit at the beginning of the journey.

Well, if I need to quit gambling the only reason that I can say is that it has no more sense to be in gambling, since at first, gambling is way too risky, I know it is a gateway for some easy money to some people but in my part because I am not that lucky though. I know it's hard to quit if you don't really commit to that and just don't pay attention it would really be hard on quitting. So, if you quit no win gambling, better do some trading since it is a profitable in sense but not that too risky as it is. Hope many would realize that in gambling the profitable are always the site, but I can't persuade them to quit it is in the person if he is committed or not.

Quitting gambling will never be easy especially if you are addicted to it and for that you need self discipline and self control to avoid gambling and divert yourself to trading as in trading you need patience to make profits but as you have habit of making quick money it will be very hard for you to wait for making money and in that case you may continue with gambling.

I think its best to quite gambling and just start trading because the risk in trading is minimal compared to gambling. And if you will master the art of trading its for sure that you will gain profit than losing unlike gambling that no matter how good you are its always not sure that you will win.
