Yes it will jump up probably but not only ethereum but also other many altcoins will rise and bitcoin will fall. I don't want to think of how much money jp. morgan ceo made in a month when looking at btc price.

i think all coins jumped after 25th september but specially ethereum goes to the moon because of the hard fork.but i dont know when it will be happen.btc is so boring and i dont understanding why people invest bitcoin

There is no reasons that ETH price will rise significantly after the BTC forks.
ETH will rise if the ETH team works and works fine. What's about the so long time promised PoS, for example ?

I expected this when people got Bitcoin Cash. I wonder why it didn't happened after past fork on August 1. So I doubt it.

I guess the price of Ethereum and the other alts should rise quite sharply once the rally in Bitcoin price will stop and correct. And for sure, this is my hope

Probably yes and some of altcoins will jump up after the hardfork this is a good entry point to buy ethereum my prediction it will be 0.1 btc

People will probably sell BTC and take their gains to put back into ETH and other alts, more than likely. At least that's what I'm thinking/hoping will happen but who knows.

I wouldn't expect to see a significant rise in ethereum's price after the fork. Though I would expect other altcoins price to rise since most of the people that sold their altcoins to maximize their bitcoin gold airdrop would all buy back the same or more of the altcoins they dumped in the first place.

Overall the price of altcoins will increase after the BTC fork/s. But the slow growth of Ethereum is a result of recent ICO bans in many countries than the BTC fork.

That I don't know. It is hard to assume but I'm hoping that many altcoins will pump after the fork. Bitcoin Cash is successful and now also one of the top altcoins in the market. I think Bitcoin Gold will also become successful. I'm not sure if the price of Ethereum will rise significantly because of this.

just like what already happened before and you can see about the fact that the ethereum will be back after the hype of bitcoin will be over. AS you can see about the fact bitcoin is really bullish and already passed $5500 just in some hours.

I don't want to assume, but since ETH has dropping it's price we could still hope or atleast expect that it will rise significantly and might even create another historical price, BTC gold will surely drop because mostly users will use bitcoin gold to either buy altcoin or bitcoin.

All alt coin will recover faster than anybody have ever thought after this hype of upcoming fork will be over. People can't just keep buying bitcoin with high speculation, expecting some big players/whales to secure profit at around $6k.

probably it will rise before or after the hardfork. based on article, ethereum software sees delay ahead of byzantium fork. The Byzantium countdown, And we should see a huge pump from this fork. Probably the bitcoin will have a correction while it's happen. ANd it means a pump for altcoin.

I do not know exactly but the current price of BTC is very high! The price of ETH is negligible! But in my opinion the ETH price will increase from now until the end of the year!
