I lost 80% of my bitcoins in alts, What can I do now?!

If i was in your place i would keep the alt coins. See it as long term investment.
Also i would inject more cash buying other coins which the price is attractive.
Building a diversified portfolio is the best strategy for me.
Keep a core amount of coins you would never sell and each time you see a hype in a coin sell some coins and buy back when drops.
this is what i do and is working pretty well. Not always but most of the times.

hold it, altcoins is going down this is a effect btc is up, but I see many of altcoins is going up right now
because bitcoin is going down today.

The reason made the Bitcoin price dumped today because its system can not confirm the transaction in network smoothly.
Because, Bitcoin Cash has pumped its value to high price and breakout many targets.

I can suggest you a strategy.It is very simply and this is the main strategy in crypto world.The strategy is HOLD.
Trader's rule number 1 = don't sell on loss
Hodl your coin and oneday you can get profit.

80% loss is too big that if you sell them, you might still end up with a loss. I think the much better option to take is to hold them until early next year, 2018. It was during this time this year, 2017, or a month or two earlier that the altcoins all flew really high and their values multiplied several folds pretty quick. That is what you should be waiting for. Avoid selling your altcoins with a very big loss.

It's actually easier to gain back the money you lost than to make benefits.

2 times i lost my money and then did 500% to gain it back but once it was time to make benefits, it was harder to make 500%

Ouch. You just have to stick with it and try to earn them back - trade wisely. 80% is a hell of a lot to make up though, did you just invest it and leave it for 6 months? When you're dealing with alts/trading you should always put a stop loss to avoid this.

I am sorry for the disaster that happened to you. Losing Bitcoin Assets while trading / ICO investments is a risk that every Trader / Investor has to endure. Of course for the beginner or legend though, this will make you hurt.

The main goal here is not to panic! Those are quite good projects and their tokens are going to come back in price. So just leave all those until better times. If you need some free assets for trading or whatever purpose then wait for some of your holdings to get to the price you've bought it, and sell with zero profit.

Best thing to do now is, hold the rest that you have, atleast until you recover what you initially invested with.

Then start over again but this time safer investments!

It will be a big mistake to sell now decline happens in investment. What you need to do is wait and watch the market . It will raise again and when its at its peak you sell to make profit ,regain your capital or cut your losses. Be calm do not make a bad day worse by selling now.
