I lost 80% of my bitcoins in alts, What can I do now?!

If you sell altcoin , you will lose everything , you bought altcoins that you didn't research about them , dev team , roadmap ,and now you need  do again .Choose invest good altcoins or just buy only bitcoin , i guess you just trade bitcoin,  or hold bitcoin long term it will helpful for you.

Those crypto you mentioned is strong so if I were you I will just hold and wait till I get recovered or get a profit because even if you invest in btc only you also lose a lot . If you cash out you lose just go with the holding and be patient .

You are quite wrong step. You are wrong to estimate which coins will be sold to profit. Do not be in a hurry in choosing a coin. If you lose now that much, you better hold your coins first. Wait until the price improves.
