You should probably open a legitimate scam accusation if he really did scam you and did not carry on the agreement so that people get warned of this scam (if it is indeed a scam). This could also allow the accused to share his side of the story.

I have gotten my asrock h81 probtc I ordered with them, however my riser cables have not arrived.

The service is very slow, and you can use it if you have time for the orders to be done..
It takes a week for them to place the order.

I'm currently waiting for a response about the riser cables tracking number.
This is very disturbing to me, since my GPUs and MOBO have arrived, and I have no riser cables to connect them with.
However, a bit of an ease for them is that Amazon.co.uk fucked me too, since my PSU order was supposed to ship a few days ago (1 month old order) and it's apparently out of stock now although I ordered it on 6th June.
So, yeah, fuck me..

Does it work with Amazon.com and uk only? It's not even mentionned on the website. The OP says .com and .uk but since the service is launched since sometime, I was wondering if maybe they added more since. If not then they should consider adding more at least they can target a more large audience. I would be interested to use such service

@iluvbitcoins ouch sad to hear this. Personaly I don't mind to wait a bit longer like a week or so, but if items are never ordered or never delivered this is something else

well, i dont think its a scam, rather they arent doing it like a real serious business?
website isnt working right, support not there (except you go very long ways)
not even auto mail confirmation if you order.
it was working well in the early times, but afaik they switched owner like 3 times this and last year, and it were like 3 ppl working there (i assume)

All4btc is defintely not a scam. It used to work fine even though you had to wait 1 or 2 days sometimes. Been using all4btc for quite some time. Support was always friendly. But i'm not happy with the current situation either. Support wont answer for about a week, orders wont get processed for a week and i cant find any info on all4btc site,fb and no repsonse on skype. Please guys inform your customers!

@all: Dylan has stopped or is going to stop working there and is moving to other projects,  maybe this has to do with the current delay in order processing..  there is an interview with dylan on yt..

It is not a scam, but at the moment the service at all is bad as hell.
The support is not available at all - the support-mail address doesnt exist. Dylan does not answer any emails any more (the reason may be the one mentioned by morozec80). No one is answering phone calls - no matter which time you try to call them. I even tried to get another contact to any All4BTC related person and contacted Bitwala. They sent me another mail-address, but even this one is not answered.

On 6.11. i created two separate orders on their site (one order on Amazon, one on Ebay). Then, after paying, nothing happened for 11 days - in the meantime i tried several ways to contact them, without success.
On 17.11 - so 11 days after ordering - the order on Amazon was completed. First i thought it may be a system failure but the next day i got this delivery. The second order (the one on Ebay) was not touched.
At this moment, 15 days later, this second order is still not fulfilled.

So now i wonder: Why does this need them sooooo long to do anything at all? Why is one of my orders complete while the other is still untouched? Why isnt there anyone doing support?
In this state it is absolutely not possible to recommend this service. At the moment i dont know what to do to get any contact to them.

I'm waiting for a refund since July, I tried to contact them through email (dylan and nina) and phone and noone answers, contact Bitwala who told me they changed owner (Martin Mischke), contact Bitpay and they told me they can't do anything... does anyone have any suggestion?
I'm waiting for a refund of 400€...  it may not be much for many people, but for me it was a little investment...  they were gpus I wanted to mine with, I would've made a decent profit instead I lost money
