I already wrote a dozen messages to administrators.

All messages were ignored.

Hence the question:what am I doing wrong?

Probably just busy. Since the 2015 hacks they probably have hundreds of messages each day and they have to be sure they are giving the account back to the right person. Just message them every week or so.

You're right about one thing though, Due to proximity and cultural background, I've been more inclined to restore accounts based on nations that are in Laniakea. I'll let you know when that changes.
