How are you going to work with institutional investors? Why you are so sure that they would want to buy GCNs?

Cybertrust are also revolutionising the traditional ways of wealth management into the new digital era by creating a way to provide stability and regulation to the crypto currency digital marketplace. What with that multiple account posting question consecutively in page 6? Did cybertrust team hire someone to spam the thread?
That does not look good at all. Kind of waste my time reading them.

Anyway saw this video

A great article in the investing.com explaining how cryptocurrency exchanges do not fit well with the idea of a decentralised financial system, suggesting that they are a single point of failure ! This is not the only issue however, check out the article below to read on more about it:

YES North America is the biggest market, so we have to work in USA.

Institutional investors all around the world, US included have pretty much the same problems with digital assets.

1) no titled auditable ownership
2) very risky clearing & settlement,
3) tax unclarity
4) cyber security and most important
5) regulatory & judicial compliance.

Crypto Global Notes solve all of them.  In fact I have to say that initial reaction from North America is much more then from Europe and Asia.  Investors in USA now how to handle risk much better.

They are WILLING and ABLE to allocate to the digital asset class.

So North America is #1 market for us regardless what everyone says!

everyone think this crypto will coming on exchange at the price of 250$us ?? on what exchange this crypto is suppose to come ? i never see ico expensive like this.... 0.6 eth for 1 token wtf...

Well we think just because everyone one says we should price our token at 0.01 or 1 USD, does not mean this is the right.

Our logic for the price is very straight forward.    1 CABS = 1 BTC equivalent for crypto note exchange.

As 1 BTC now is about 9900USD, and premium for securitization is about 15000USD (or 4000USDpremium)

or 40% securitsation premium

as we sell our CABS @ 2-3% of the securitization, or eqvivalen of 0.6ETH (fixed price)

We decided that simplicity of 1CABS = 1BTC equivalent is more important

then "fake" perception that you are getting value because you are buying something at 0.01cent!!!!

I like your idea but it's not cheap.

Cheap is relative.

We sell CABS token at 0.6ETH or between 2-3% of the price of BTC (securitization premium)

If you look at the closest competitor, which is Bitcoin Investment Trust, https://finance.google.com/finance?q=OTCMKTS%3AGBTC&ei=2HQdWrGrFougswGAqLrwDg

It is traded at 40% premium!!!!!! to the value of BTC

In the last 6 month it traded as high as 100% premium.

So buy-in at 2% effective rate (including all bonus)

You are getting the same thing 20X more cheaply.

More over your upside (if you believe we are able to execute) is 20X

You downside is 1x  (in which case we will stop doing securitization)

Expected demand is huge so zero is possible but unlikely!

So I say its pretty cheap!

There is huge demand for bitcoin and crypto investment options, the main case of that is Grayscale fund that trades shares of bitcoin price, basically a derivative on public market for institutional investors that want to jump aboard bitcoin ship. CyberTrust is doing the same but for any crypto asset out there.

Oh, now I get it. Thank you! I think it is best to start with a few top coins first, then move on to some smaller ones.

It looks like an effective project. A small amount of tokens is an advantage. In terms of price, I guess it would be difficult to reduce at least. If they can work effectively and attract institutional investors, I think a nice bread from this project will be obtained. If, as mentioned in the Roadmap, it is based on 2014, the work of the team is a very valid project.

The project come to live when Vitalik Buterin agreed with a major bank to do a multimillion $ investment.

after legal, accounting, tax and compliance due diligence teams finished with their review.

Deal DID NOT happen.

they said that risks where way too big for a fiduciary responsible institution to invest into ETH.   (at that time ETH was between trading in the range of 7 to 14USD)

So when people say that their is institutional wall of money waiting to enter.  This is 100% BS!

Institutional investors can not enter crypto because

1) their accountants go crazy since their is no properly TITLED asset

2) their auditors can not audit it

3) clearing&settlment risk are so high that their chief risk officer gets fired if he approves such deals

4) tax people go crazy as they don't know whats the tax impact and how to optimize it

5) and their regulator goes crazy as they can not regulate it either through judicial or regulatory framework

These real life problems we are working on SOLVING.

First step is securitsiation platform fueled by CABS token

Second step, investment banking decentralized protocol.

Hello, total supply is 900k CABS. 67% will be sold to investors, 13% management, distributors, advisors, early investors, bounty, et, 20% will go to the foundation. Whatever not sold will be burned. We plan to list token at c2cx 24 hours after TGI is finished. We are also negotiating with major exchanges to have it CABS listed their (alike of bittrex/Bitfinex/poloniex). We have a bounty program, please check here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=227122 or here https://t.me/cybertrustbounty.
