The RX580 is essentially an overclocked RX480. It runs nearly at its maximum performance from the factory. You might be able to push 50Hz on the core clock, but that's about it.
I wouldn't bother overclocking it. If anything, to save electricity, you want to lower the power setting by 20-30% using afterburner, and perhaps boost the core memory clock by 100-200Hz (or less if it runs hot).
As for Claymore, the default settings work fine for me. Since you're using an AMD card, look at sgminer as well. The latest version is v10.
