Trying to add $1,500 to my namecheap account.

Namecheap's add funds form for Bitcoins (screen prior to being directed to Bitpay) indicates:

Quote
Minimum $0.01 / Max $10,000.00/ Total Max Per Day $10,000.00/ Today $0.00

Entering any amount up to $500 works as expected.  Click continue and bitpay order form shows.
Entering any amount >$500 (but less than $10,000) results in form being reset without error.

It looks like the issue is on namecheap's side but in chat they indicated it must be a problem with their payment processor.
If anyone from bitpay sees this you may want to reach out to someone who knows on namecheap's side.

Just noticed another problem:

"Please note that we use BitPay to accept Bitcoin payments.

The USD amount you enter here will be converted to equivalent Bitcoins on BitPay.
No refunds ..."

No Refunds , $5 stuck there

Yep, the only way to use up your balance is to fund an exact amount (taking into account any fine print charges and BS) extra with PayPal and pay for enough services to zero your balance out. NameCheap's double standard on sending PayPal to customers for only some things makes me want to transfer all my domains out. Effectively, they're saying "come, bitcoin customers, so we can fuck you in the neck!"

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.
