1) Twitter campaign stakes are not distributed on a weekly basis. Those distributions will occur around two times per month.
2) As much as you want, but you're only allowed to retweet/like tweets that are less than two weeks old.

I want to participate in the campaigns but have some problems
01 - I did not find the reddit link
02 - 2000 twitters unfortunately I do this a week, admin see the amount of bounty campaigns that exist and this is impossible then you can not approve
1) What reddit link are you talking about ? I think you misunderstood reddit campaign rules.
2) That's your problem.
