Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Please use escrow for this due to a rash of scams happening lately.

Recommended Exchanges: Binance.com | CelsiusNetwork
GPG ID: 4880D85C | 1% Escrow | 8% IPO/ICO Escrow services Temporarily Closed | Bitcointalk is the ONLY place where I use this name (No Skype/IRC/YIM/AIM/etc) | 13CsmTqGNwvFXb7tD9yFvJcEYCDTB8wQTS | Beware of these SCAM sites! | *Sponsored Link

I want to make it clear that I am buying.

Yes escrow is a must to protect both parties.

Initiating a trade with user BitNit. I'm sending 1BTC first before payment and 1 afterwards. User has provided government identification to me so I am confident he will honor our agreement.

Sending 1BTC to 1DHNqYnCPrd5QhQRjW6M1UPWE1pPWBnJ58 for $110 moneypak

Please confirm this is correct BitNit and I will send.

Do you already have the moneypak?

Definitely not. Would take no longer than 15min to get it.

However I see you don't accept escrow so this is prob not going to work out unless you do like the last and send portion first or use escrow (I pay fees!).
