The idea of preservation is not bad, but there are many nuances. Nobody guarantees that this currency will be the main one in the future, along with bitcoins, it is necessary to save other assets. It is also important to teach the child all the details of currency conversions

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

it's a good idea to leave it in the future as an inheritance, but let's confess to ourselves if the price increases until the moment when the thought of Bitcoin enters the sweat, then this thought will outstrip the primal desire to leave something to the children!))

If you educate kids about this forum for me, that's fine, but if you've done a lot of research, you'll get more profits. In a way you can invest for your future, which is very fortunate in the future for you and your child. Because bitcoin prices always go up in the future.

I don't save bitcoins. I encash all my profit from bitcoin. And save it for my children. I am afraid if i hold bitcoin then suddenly its price will drop.

That's good for you and your child, that means you have to teach and introduce bitcoin to your child. But kids usually just want to have fun and a pedestal to learn. So you should not force them to know and do what you do in bitcoin. Let them do what they want. If you want to keep bitcoin for your child but they do not want to know, you can entrust the bitcoin you keep to your relatives and give it to him to give it to your son someday.

Is not a bad practice, if you need the cash of course, but instead of do it at 100%, i mean instead of sell all of your bitcoins, you could save an small amount and keep it safe, who know, maybe in the next years you will get more money by saving that small amount than with all those bitcoins sells you did

I think that this is the best thing to do if you have a family and you want to secure your family. If you want to have a great future then you should save bitcoin for your children and you should do a lot of work before you reach to the point that you can relax and feel safe with your savings because if you will become greedy in spending money from bitcoin then the savings will not happen because the problem is from you.
It is a nice idea that we save bitcoin for our kids because as what we have experience for the past months almost 1 bitcoin really increase it's price nearly to 1 million. How much more if we save bitcoin for our children and stocked it for how many years.Maybe it's price will rise to 5 to 10 million in equivalent to 1 bitcoin. If this will happen our children have a secured future to extend our wealth and creates a big name to our society and make us famous for one of the rich family because of bitcoin. So for everyone who have clearly earned bitcoin try to think what I have said for the future of your children.

Would be great if i could just lock up some Bitcoin for long-term fixed deposit in very safe wallet with Private keys which would be inherited by all my kids when they grow up.
Bitcoin is great for this sort of thing not sure about Altcoins.
It is very smart to do that this way they will have something for their future and they can appreciate that you saved a lot for them because even if you have 1 k bitcoin you actually saved 6k for them i think it is very smart and good and i will do it too.

This topic makes me think, how much crypt money will be lost due to the fact that people will die and they won't leave their private keys to their successors. Dramatic, isn't it?

Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet. BTCSo now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins. I have been thinking about this matter for a long time already since earning bitcoin was never an easy thing. If ever I would die, I want to make sure that all of my earnings would go to my family specially to my children. I don't want all of my hardworks to be disregarded instead I want to make sure that all of it will be given to my loved ones since I am doing it for them.

Yeah thats a good way for you to ensure the future of your children but I think you should really think first because we all know that bitcoin's value is not really stable or profitable so it would be wise to think first.
Yeah, you have your point .. Bitcoin is a good investment but we don't know until when bitcoin will stay and it has volatile value. Honestly I'm still thinking about that thing,i am starting to invest bitcoin for my family and i should really think about it plenty of times. But what comes on mind also is to earn lots of btc and convert it when the value is so high and save it into my wallet.

Now you spend less money on bitcoin, and when your kids grow up, these bitcoins can be a huge asset.

If we want to have good future, then we should now create a wise plan for us to become successful person. Bitcoin can help us to become successful person by patronizing it. Our family can be benefited in the near future if we will do bitcoin investment.

I really admire people who invest in bitcoin to provide something to others. They're not just spending it to their 'wants' but spending it what they or other really need

It happens all the time. So the amount of bitcoin will decrease several years later.
