A user that wants to buy AppCoins (eg: to top-up games) can use different methods acquire those AppCoins:

Tokens can be bought through exchanges. Meetings with several exchanges are being held to that purpose and will be announced in the pre-sale website. These partnerships will ease token purchases and will avoid the use to insert duplicated KYC information and get liquidity in the exchange process.

A partnership with Kyber was signed (https://blog.kyber.network/kyber-network-to-collaborate-with-appcoins-powered-by-aptoide-b5fcd9556703), and therefore users will be able to use other tokens to convert into AppCoins "on the fly”.

I don't think Apple and Google would join the protocol in a first stage because they are incumbents.
The natural move is the independent app stores: Amazon App Store, Aptoide, Samsung Apps, Yandex, 9apps,... to drive the protocol.
Those probably are 15% to 20% (maybe more) of the market. With a strong protocol and OEM support they can worth more than 20%.
And all those traffic using AppCoins is the big opportunity.

hello. Of course it's hard to deal with the fraud but we are trying to do that! In AppCoins Store app we are planning to limit the number of installations for new users. You can download only one app a day but not more than three a week. After sometime we will increase number of installations but the maximum is going to be two a day per user.

But fraudster can register as a developer and add his own app to the system so he can make purchases.
