I am not following this proyect like step to step to step but there is a lot of channels that give signals to scalping an long term etc that today gave signal whit appcoins anybody knows why?

Since the price is fluctuating the user should always get the current $ amount of AppCoins at the moment of the payout.
If one APPC will be worth 10$ at the time you watch an ad. And the bounty of watching a 2 min ad would be like $0.20, you would get  0.02 APPC.

Well, actually the new Apps that adopt the protocol will only accept payments in APPC so we will phase out the previous payment methods
Having said that, people will still be able to purchase AppCoins using traditional payment methods like Credit Cards and PayPal
The exact date is still not clear but should be later this year
