My opinion of bitcoin price drops  : Some nagative news that affected people who invested bitcoin , The news that makes the bitcoin
participants feel scared and they wanted to withdraw their money to avoid losses . I do not know where these negative news
sources came from ? But there is definitely one person or group who wants to manipulate the market .

Because all users take profit when the price rises so as to make the demand decrease, we all understand that bitcoin is decentralized so the law of the market applies here.

I see while two main reasons on which bitcoin loses its value for some time. This is inherent in all kriptovaleute volatility, when a sharp fall is not caused by any objective reasons, and the fall in the rate is caused by the usual waviness of its growth. The second reason for the fall is some bad news, as the recent drop in bitcoins and other crypto-currencies resulted from news about the banning of ICO in China and the restriction of the circulation of crypto currency in this country.

The reason bitcoin price drops is because of the market selling their stocks and therefore lowers in demand. This occur expected when the bitcoin value skyrocketed because many holders are selling their bitcoin at a higher price.

Bitcoins is a very fluctuates.  Bitcoin is limited but there are demand is huge. Demand and supply teaches us that if demand goes up and supply stays the same, prices will definitely go up…If demand goes down and supply stays the same, prices will definitely go down. Simply put; Bitcoin will continuously go through these phases of high demand and low demand which will lead to the increase or decrease of it’s price. It’s same for Gold and the stock market. It’s not going to change.

What should change however is your education or current understanding of how this works…to read the charts and understand when it’s a good time to buy and when it’s a good time to sell. The fluctuation in price will not stop.

There are many reasons can make Bitcoin price goes down. Demand decrease or Supply increase suddenly when the market has a good altcoin. But all of them happens in short-term. In long-term, Bitcoin price always goes up.

Rise and fall of prices are normally happen in the market not only for bitcoin but also in the other form of investment. We experience this because all investment are totally dependable on the peoples demand. Even if bitcoin have enough supply but because it is highly  in demand,of course it simply affects its price.

We don't need to worry of having bitcoin price down because that's is the reality and we should accept the fact that everything aren't stable and changes always happening.

Bitcoin value will drop if people are willing to unhold their coins because the fewer coins that circulate the higher the value. That's why investors today are keep on circulating Bitcoins and make money for trading rather than keeping them in the their wallets.
The costs of bitcoins will never drops since billions of individuals are purchasing the bitcoins in light of the fact that they realizes that the costs of bitcoins are going ever more elevated quickly and that is the reason individuals are presently putting stock in more on Bitcoins than alternate things so in the event that you fear the drop in the cost of bitcoins than try not to be stressed over it on the grounds that the bitcoins will never disillusion the general population who have put their cash in bitcoins.

bitcoin prices actually depend on the consumers themselves. for example if the consumer is very much to buy bitcoin, while bitcoin stock only a little, then the price will rise, otherwise if the stock is very much and the buyer does not exist, then the price will decrease.

I would like to know your opinion on what factors cause the value of Bitcoin to drop. A brief explanation helps.

Well in my own opinion to you is that the price of bitcoin drops is when there are less people that invest to bitcoin while there are having a large number of bitcoin to be sold. That is the same aspect as the law of supply and demand in economics.

Most time I have came to understand that bitcoin price do drop at some weekend, because weekend close of market. the price most times good to buy at weekend when the price might have dropped a bit. I think this could be among the reason why the price dropped.

Like stocks  and other investments,  BTC will also be affected by the law of supply and demand,  so its price drops.  I also agree that it is bering affected by banning by other countries and stricter regulations being implemented by the government.

Maybe it will not drop for now but since we are not in assurance of how investors limits themselves on their long term investments, it probably will go down if they reach their target and they have to harvest what they've planted. That's their holdings and if ever this coming holiday seasons the expenses may rise high, that's why its expected to drop but not that much.

The Law of Supply and Demand in Econimics. When of supply is greater than demand, the value of the product drops. Same with Bitcoin, when the number of sellers is greater than the number of buyers in a trade, the tendency is the price of it will be pulled down.

Major occurrences like the banning by China caused traders to give up their positions and that affected the price.

This^ Basic economics. I agree 100%.

Here the demand to the supply availability is the one that makes the price grow or drop in value. Right now the inflow of investment seems high making the price to reach higher and higher. Now the limited coins in circulation with more users interested to be a part of the network makes it grow rather than dropping.

The reason why bitcoin price drop whenever bitcoin set the new all-time record high in price is because of the market correction.
As you already know every product in the market whether stock market or physical product the price is normally determined based on demand.
So, it is the same thing applied to bitcoin. Therefore, when the value of bitcoin reached the highest level - it will then drop because not a lot of people are able to buy and some people will start selling their bitcoins for profit. When the market stabilized then the price will started recovering slowly when people started buying again.

I would like to know your opinion on what factors cause the value of Bitcoin to drop. A brief explanation helps.
First of all, I think investors are investing a lot of money to own bitcon. Bitcoin is gradually replacing real money, owning bitcoin will help investors get a good deal of financing as well as be able to capture the future. As investors flock to bitcoins, they will increase demand for bitcoins, which will push prices up. The amount of bitcoin in the world is limited, so the price push up fast is inevitable. With the current market, the bitcoin price will increase sharply in the coming time, can reach the $ 10000 soon.
