But here is a development plan for a year. Considering that already (according to their data) there is a working platform. Therefore, it will be possible to see how good it is.

As for me, everything is fine with me. Maybe the problem is with your IP or Windows? 2 days till begin Pre-ICO.

That seems to be a great project. But, what can you say about your marketing? I see Augur is an nice project also, but such project needs a huge amount of people using it. So how are you going to attract them?
