Why can I not post...-_-

It's like the moment I arrive in this forum, I can't post anything. Says I posted 5 minutes ago which I haven't, been saying that for the past couple hours, which makes no logical sense. Please elaborate someone.

I also hate it, but it is the rule. Nothing much we can do about it
