Well there's third party payment solutions with bitcoins like Bitpay who automatically converts your bitcoin to cash payments to vendors/merchants. Microsoft is already doing it. But why would you pay when there's a lot for free?

I don't think that pornography is considered as a illegal thing because if pornography is illegal then a lot of countries will ban the site from their country because it doesn't have any rights to stay when it is illegal and also a lot of people are now in the jail for just supporting and watching pornography which is not happening so pornography is a clear legal thing and accepting bitcoin as a payment for their premium is a great move in disguise because they are one of the most visited sites in the internet.

Well this would be a nice development for the cryptocurrency industry since we all know that porn industry is one of the industry existing which really produce large amount of money.
