In general, people don't like to pay for content online. So regardless if it's paying with FIAT or crypto, people just don't like to pay for videos/content they can find free online. So I don't believe that offering crypto payment options for such sites will have a strong impact. It's like the newspaper industry..it is slowly dying because of digitization.
Also, you have to take into consideration the nature of the product. I would assume that for a product in the adult space, the buyers are very impulsive (emotionally driven), so doing the stuff like paying your wallet ID etc. might take too long at that moment :-)

Bitcoin is designed for a good purpose and if some one use this for the illegal activities and porn sites and bitcoin is the good way to investment in the crypto market and if we use this for the trading then we are able to earn some profit over this. It's nice that you want to use bitcoin and make it more popular. Now this being said, if you can't find "quality" porn, seeing as how vast the internet is, then something's not right. Surely you can use your hard earned bitcoin for other, better things, no?

I think its no good, there is so many free sites I mean literally theres too many free sites, so why do people still want to pay for porn sites if they can get it free. Even if they do still they need an information regarding the bitcoin so it will take a lot of process before it can affect demand of bitcoins.

It may already exist and I am not aware. I believe nothing is impossible with bitcoin now, it can not be stopped. And I have not seen any porn sites that accept bitcoin as payment for registration just to access the full site
