For curiosity I was reading about the allocation formula of rewards and found out it was stated from the start that 0.5% of the ICO pool will be divided among supporters under rewards programs. They didn't collect huge money which justifies these low tokens ones will receive.

 Let's call a spade, a spade.  Irregularties in bounty allocation is not bad given that many are on vacation. However bounty has nothing to do with the future market performance or the development process of the platform.

As i recall, they were offering %0.5 of the sold tokens. They gathered around 10m $ and it means they should give out around 50k$ worth of tokens.

And it seems they are giving around that much.
