How does the day of the week end the cycle for counting bounty campaigns? October 20 is Friday, will Friday be counted weekly stake campaign?

Hello! End of first week is 27.10, so on 28.10 the form will be closed for submitting reports for week 1. Yes, Friday are included until 23:59 GMT |
