Hi.. Yesterday I bought BTCRED on coinexchange and withdrew to yobit. Before I realized there is this new coin REDV. Will I still receive my BTCRED in yobit ? is BTCRED blockchain/smart contract still available/working ? Because coinexchange still holding my pending withdrawal since 10 hours ago. Please help.

We sent most of the tokens claimed by the investors through the form we provided (check our Twitter account @RedvolutionOff). We kindly remind you that these tokens must have been in your personnal wallet (and not exchange) on the 31st of December, during the snapshot, to be claimed. |

So when I read your questions and answers from the team, it looks like you didn't follow the instructions dude. Also did you have your tokens on the exchange or in your wallet? Because every time there is a token swap or airdrop or hard fork or soft fork.. The requirement is that you have your tokens in your private wallet in order to receive the new tokens. Christmas season? It was just one day man for some at the most 2 days. Anyway all I'm saying is that it doesn't look like it's teams fault. |
