I was asked by a friend why I don't promote Bitcoin { why i hated it} but love promoting altcoins. My reply was that Bitcoin can't give me 1000-5000% ROI in 2-3years time anymore but with altcoin that is possible.

I notice that each time I promote Bitcoin, I'm giving the early investors easy passive income why I settle for chicken gain.

Honestly I will prefer $50,000 in altcoins (with possible potential, underpriced and undervalued) than in Bitcoin.

Your opinion is correct. But i don't hate bitcoin completely. The reason why i don't hate bitcoin because my first crypto is bitcoin, in this case that gives me many profit before joining altcoin. One more thing that makes me not hate it is in my place there is one mall that provides payment using bitcoin, so i invest more money into bitcoin for that.

I don't know why you have this attitude.You speach is looks you are a selfish.Bitcoin is still live due to such promotion and decentralized thing.If you have inverse in bitcoin,your money on safer hand.In couple of months,you will get double or triple of investing money.But for that you must have some patience.

Bitcoin is growing, but can't handle the number of transactions per second that a truly global currency would need. This was especially true when bitcoin was mooning to $20k and transactions are backing up like crazy and transaction fees skyrocketing. Some people don't like the scaling solution that bitcoin is going for (lightning, segwit, instead of increasing block size). Someone made a fork of bitcoin that increased the block size which drastically reduced fees and transaction times compared to current bitcoin. People got tribal about it.
It's not really that different. But I am still measuring the performance of it relative to bitcoin. In only a few days I've gained more relative to bitcoin so if I converted back today I'd have more than if I just held. I plan on setting stop limits to convert back at different levels of gain in case things start to turn. I expect bitcoin will take a while to recover and since I do have some time available to trade I can recoup bitcoin losses if I'm careful and a little bit lucky.

To be fair I also bought some bitcoin as it continued to dip so I'm not writing it off... I just think that my money has a better place somewhere else for now and I'm okay with taking even a small gain if that was all I got.

I dont think so that bitcoin hates me.I dont hate bitcoins because it gives my neccesities.I earned a lot money from bitcoin.So why i hate bitcoin if i have enjoy the bitcoin.

The main problem is exchange rate relation between BitCoin and alt coins. There are already projects with rock stable exchange rate separated from BitCoin like decentralized storage cloud Nebula Network, which price will stop at estimated 5$. What do you thing about this solution? Would it be a future of the market?

Hate Bitcoin because Bitcoin can't give you 1000-5000% ROI in 2 - 3 years. This is the most stupid thing i used to hear. Why Bitcoin can't give 1000-5000% ROI in 2-3 next years, you should know many specialist predicted that the price of Bitcoin will surpass $50,000 in 1 - 2 next years.
"Altcoin that is possible give you 1000-5000% ROI in 2-3 next years". Please show me that coin can do this. Bitcoin is leader of cryptocurrencies if the price Bitcoin can't increase then all altcoins can't also increase. It's too hard to find out a coin which will give 1000-5000% ROI in 2-3 next years.

WTf man, if that was the only reason that makes you hate the bitcoin and so, you're also promoting the altcoin too? This time you can see the chart of the altcoin and all of them gets rekt.
But that was your own fault, if you are buying the bitcoin at 2010 and you must made a lot of ROI in the bitcoin.
That was your own fault to not become the early adopters of the bitcoin because the bitcoin ever worth $0.025.

I think what he is trying to say is: Hey guys, I have invested in tons of altcoins and for its price to go up and make me a billionaire all of you should also invest in altcoin so I can benefit from your investment! I was also a loss due to Bitcoin but it happened because I bought at the wrong time and sell it also at the wrong time too,

I think i cant hate bitcoin, because Bitcoin is giving so many opportunity of earning money.All altcoin comes after bitcoin success.I love bitcoin for it's hige price.I can invest on bitcoin without any doubt.The only thing I dislike about bitcoin is I can't use it everywhere and my country banned bitcoin for money laundry.Everytime I need to convert bitcoin to fiat first then use it.I hope bitcoin will spread more on future and I can use it anywhere anytime.

I do not hate bitcoin until now I like bitcoin because by the year 2017, bitcoin has contributed financially in my life and what you do not have bitcoin in that year which then has tremendous asset value or you do not feel it. I think it's a matter of time and I'm sure there will be times when bitcoin will show its existence as a crypto favored by many investors.

If you hate Bitcoin, then you are in the wrong track. You can love alt coins but that doesn't simply mean you have to hate Bitcoin.If you are a regular coin market follower, then you will see that if the bitcoin price rises,all other alt coin prices all rises. Same happens with the opposite.That means all of the coin market depends directly on the bitcoin.

Bitcoin have a big allocation in the world but you won't point a fingers on them why you're not gaining much. I think you don't have other jobs that's why you want to have a big profit in bitcoin. I tell you better have a stable job then invest i bitcoin. You don't know if bitcoin will last forever.

You evaluate this subject from a trader viewpoint; then you are right. If you are not a whale (I guess you are not)  keep thinking like this, its OK so.

So I think you also do not follow the news about Bitcoin?  The developements about Bitcoin, which gonna make Bitcoin more comfortable and cheaper by transactions; but it takes time for sure.

We also love altcoins.

Man, I think you are just bitter that the train has passed. It is not that you hate bitcoin per se, but rather you hate everybody who is already on that train that you have missed.

I have some bad news for you: even if some other opportunity presents itself in the future, it will NOT be any altcoin, because altcoins are just copies of bitcoin. It will be some other completely new technology and it will be easy to miss in the beginning, when it offers the most potential, and again you will have heard about it just after it has already made it to the media. Obviously, you will have missed another train already by then.

I love Bitcoin and many alts. I think you are completely right about ROI though, many alts have and will go up 100x-1000x, BTC won't now. They are much more of a risk but much more money can be made.

All these forks are a joke really, make normal people who don't understand crypto avoid Bitcoin and alts in general because they think it is scammy for some reason. "Why should I buy BTC for £4500 when I can just wait for the next Bitcoin, Cash, Gold" It is ridiculous.

I always prefer investing in bitcoin and sometimes potentials altcoins such as NEO, QTUM, and Dash, back in the days. But currently, I prefer investing more promising ICOs because that is where anyone can make their initial investment 10x over in a small period of time, usually within 3 months. I currently hold bitcoins to buy stuff online.

Prices are raising up. Bitcoins are getting their position back and soon we all will see this price touching the sky limits. All those who have got chance to invest in bitcoins or they have traded bitcoins, I will suggest you to hold your bitcoins for minimum 2 or 3 years.

It would seems like packing up some real coins in shopper and put them at back corner of your store. Don’t see them until prices becomes double or triple.
