Hello guys, If you got 10K USD and just want to invest in Bitcoin industry, which investment would you choose and why? Please imagine it must be invest on Bitcoin. It can be Trading, Building Devices, Place Pre Orders, Place Instant delivery Orders or anything else that you think would be profitable in long or short term . The thing is I don't have any trust to place preorders  . I got this money and just want to invest on Bitcoin or any other CryptoCurrency . Cheers |

Try to get a early preorder for a 5 ghash+ BFL Jalepeno or other asic and buy like 5 Bitcoins while they're low.

I'd spend as many of them as I could on Asicminer shares, live on the dividends, and then save the rest for a kickass Asic rig after everything dies down from Asics taking over the lifting from GPUs.

But no one deliver the ASICs , that's the issue 10000 USD I should pay for nothing.
For example KNCminer who are in Sweden where I live too but how should I trust on this story?
About share of ASICminer, they don't give that much of dividends, maybe they do ?!
Also consider that I got already 12GH/s with my babies 7950s.

I certainly wouldn't invest it all at once. I would invest a little into a project, then keep some to accumulate\te some value.

Many of the offers on Bitcointalk are high risk, high reward. Some of the might fall over but as long as some succeed you should make a nice profit. I would start with a small investment or purchase and work from there. |
Please keep in mind that I am currently trading/holding shares of ASIC Miner, ActiveMining, Rentalstarter, Labcoin and may be posting in my own interest. Always do your own research.

$10K is too risky for me.
I would not keep more than 20% of my monthly income in bitcoin. Anything over that and I sell to bring it back down.
That way if it crashes, I'm not devastated having lost more than I can afford to lose and the crash may actually be an opportunity rather than my downfall (speculating the crash will go back up).

ASICMiner shares are your best bet in my opinion, though i would definitely leave some of it in a paper wallet and just left deflation do its work. IMO ASICMiner is the only security out there worth investing, according to btc-tc its averaging something like 40% annualized dividends over the last 3-months. It is the only security I can find that adequately compensates you for the inherent risks in investing in anything bitcoin related.

I would search high and low for a project that you connect with & believe in; negotiate a stake in the business. Better yet, keep the funds for your own btc startup. just keep your coins in an offline storage system and forget about them, if you are trying to invest your coins to get more coins then you could look into joining tradelenders or possibly playing the exchange, just my 2 cents...

I am assuming that the 10K is extra money you have to invest without major risk in case of loss? I am not an expert in mining so I cannot offer any advice there. My husband and I had the brilliant plan of buying very slowly, just a few a month, when we first decided to get into bitcoin and this was when the price was at $48. Two weeks later the price was $90. A week later $200 and then $266! Of course, we decided to buy more as it was rising during the "bubble". We did not sell at the top, like some smarter ones did. Our average is about $120 for the small amount we have. Unfortunately we are underwater but we were of the mindset to buy and hold all along. That said, I would say buy as soon as possible and then hold. Yes, prices could go down a little, you can decide if you want to speculate with some of the coin, but if you feel this is a good investment, as many of us really do, then just buy and hold, especially if the investment is not too risky for you. At today's prices you are doing better then some of us that started sooner. My two cents. |

Me, personally? I'd be torn between just saving it for when the value of BTC hopefully increases like crazy making you very wealthy from that investment. Or, alternatively, investing directly in bitcoin businesses using either one of the bitcoin stock markets or bitcoin starter.

it's whatever your comfortable with I am personally taking 8k buying in with other on a uber super GH miner (don'e ask me which one, still working it out based mostly on who can deliver on time.. he he) and some in www.coinlenders, and some Triple B Mining bonds. I want to use my BTC to help build the community not stick it cold wallet. (though the cold wallet is by far the most sensible idea!!) |
