During the final due diligence concerning the "deal" I posted previously, I was unsatisfied with the programmers inability to address simple concerns brought forth from the BATA community. Although a fast track to masternodes and staking looked very promising, we have decided to continue looking for other developers to assist the BATA development team.

Correction, tokens are a representation of a particular asset or utility, that usually resides on top of another blockchain.

BTA is the trading symbol of Bata, which has it's own blockchain. Usually referred to as an altcoin. Altcoin - an alternative to Bitcoin. The majority of altcoins are a variant (fork) of Bitcoin, built using Bitcoin’s open-sourced, original protocol with changes to its underlying codes, therefore conceiving an entirely new coin with a different set of features.

Work is being done on integrating MN’s into core 10. Our specifications are unique as no other Scrypt POW / POS coin is running a core 10 wallet (the most secure). So our developers had to pick apart the code and go from there. Many long nights and many lines of code have been undertaken.

When? Core 8 Masternode coding has been cleaned and bugs updated. Currently, time frame I cannot estimate for two reasons;

one, I am not the coder/developer so it depends on his actual time.

 two, putting a date on it and creating expectation, then missing the date, or rushing to meet the date is not good for anyone involved.


Testnet will test MN's once they updated to core 10.

We're working on the dates, first we're analysing the development scope for each project to get a better idea for the technical aspects and qualifications required for new team members to join.

Development update:

Bata will be adding Multi Algo which will integrate firewall and sporks in core 16.

Multi Algo PoW algorithms will be sha256d, scrypt, nist5, lyra2z, x11.

Masternodes are working and still in testing. Pos is still in development.

Bata DEX in development.
