i asked in the telegram channel about it...they have a partnership with a university in florida to create the content. i think then the companies can post their own trainings on there as well
PodOne is partnered with the University of Florida? They said "A university in Florida", not "The university of Florida", subtle but important difference.

What will happen with the unsold tokens ? Will you burn them ?
That's a good question. Or you could keep them locked for other uses. I think burning them would be best for retaining consumer confidence. Yeah, but they could use those coins for so much including marketing which would benefit all coin holders.

PodOne is partnered with the University of Florida? No we are not partnered with the University of Florida. Our parent company, Fenero, has a couple Miami-based university clients that we've been in talks with to assist with content development.

What will happen with the unsold tokens ? Will you burn them ?
No, we will use them to add to our 'user growth and incentive' pool, which is what will be used to reward top performing agents. This is a great way to make them WANT to deliver excellent customer service to clients

Very interesting idea. Is PodOne strictly for call centers, or does it plan to offer other methods of contact -- i.e., email, text, chat.?
it's for "contact centers", which covers multiple customer contact channels.

Do you think PodOne will be able to stick to their road map with minimal delays?
If we acquire the resources we need for development, absolutely yes! We've been writing contact center software, and software in general, for years. This isn't new to us.

As I stated in another reply, we have existing university clients with our parent company - going to leverage this relationship not only to have their call center operations join PodOne but also help build the PodOne University. Also, the ICO starts on Jan 15 2018 - come join us!

If you're referring to the HR department, it has the potential to, yes. However, our approach is to make advancements progressively guided by our roadmap. We'll see what happens after a few years of PodOne being in production!
