Being paranoid about crashes is not good if you want to invest. There will always be rumors of crashes and the burst of bubble but we will never know unless it happen. Prepare and anticipate don't panic and spread unhealthy speculation.

yes i agree much better to be ready fort the crash dont panic cause its always happened even before when bitcoin in not yet popular. So indeed that scenario always  happen time on time we cannot speculate beacuse of its always fluctuate . And also being paranoid about the up coming crash is not good for your health.lol instead of doing it. Just set back and relax be ready mate..

Because bitcoin is the parent of cryptocurrency, so do not be shocked at the very high bitcoin prices and very much soared from altcoins. I personally do not worry too much about this crashing, because in my opinion this is just a correction towards the end of the month.

Don't panic! this word should be gotten to the heads of panic seller but we can't force them to sell since we cannot control their minds to do so, But don't be so stress out if selling will be happen since you can take on your mind that bitcoin is strong currency and we might gonna see it dump for now but there would be a good comeback so we should not be worry on somethings attached for the day of the dump.

You have a point there and really that is happening right now but I think there is a corrections along the way and there is no going straight up in prices for Bitcoin neither in other cryptocurrency coins. We experiencing a huge Bitcoin dominanace in the market capitalization of cryptocurrencies because there is an incoming Hard Fork that will be resulted to a new split coin from the original one and most of the people that holds other altcoins tend to convert it to Bitcoin first. I think that most of the people who invested to those ICO's scams are with the Ethereum platform so I don't see any point for the Bitcoin's fall down because of it. Let's just hope for the best for Bitcoin then after the year ends.

It’s starting to look like this could be a big correction. This drop could go down to $5000 or below. I seriously think this could be a significant drop we are going to see. It’s already around $5700 and there aren’t many people buying Bitcoins right now on the exchanges. The funny thing is that most other coins are dropping too, so the only place to transfer you money is fiat or USDT.

Things aren't looking great. In technical terms, we have a classic Bollinger Band double top on the daily chart, as pointed out by John Bollinger himself this morning. Given the way we have dumped day after day into the previous flag, I think there is a good chance he is right and there is further correction ahead.

We tagged the daily 20MA and bulls reacted well, so I think we are due a solid bounce. But it's probably prudent to expect further downside, especially given that Segwit2x seems to be moving forward, with Coinbase and Gemini both confirming within the last day that they will call the miner's chain "BTC."

Yup! I agree we can see that the price of bitcoin would sure drop but it will not be significantly very low, because many people have hodl their coins and they sure know on what to do in the up coming hard fork, they are fully aware that they will settle a free coin when the hard fork subside, even though there are still a panic selling we don't feel it much because people that have sell their bitcoin right now have lessen.

1. No you are wrong, ETH price was surged by over 10x within this year.
2. ETH used to swing between $10 to $20 for long time before making current jump to over $400.

How do you know how many coins there are regular users and how many coins from whales. They can crash the market at any time. Who knows personally the man who became rich due to the fact that kept their coins? Whales know how many coins are mined and they always have the option to keep the price down until they buy the entire volume of free coins.

Everything can happen , but as as i know there is no sufficient proof that bitcoin will be crashing down the next year.  Otherwise the opposite may happen ,bitcoin will be in a rampage hitting the $20k value.

bitcoin is THe cryptocurrency and most of the new money that come in does so because of bitcoins's popularity and only for bitcoin; Eth in my opinion is THE alt coin and it represents the whole alt market. I don't see a reason for concern, all of the points you listed aren't as bad as you think or are exaggerated

Bitcoin Depend on Simple Supply and Demand low

Crash always can happen if people lost trust but till now bitcoin proof it is power so that in bad cases price will back to 3,000$

There's always a threat of a big crash but I don't think it's gonna be to a three or four year low or a dooms day scenario.  Bitcoin isn't gonna be going away anytime soon guys, so keep buying while you still can.  

The drug cartels and the criminal underground are prolly saying:  'There's billions more where that came from.  Fasten your seat belts!'

Yes. We have had worst days and it seems as the day goes by, bitcoin even keeps becoming more unshakable.
Look at the events of China in the years past and what happened this year with the speedy recovery of bitcoins in a very short while, then I will say there are pretty much better days ahead. We do not know the attack that will be thrown at the community, but I sure know it is nothing that will not be overcame.

there is always a risk with bitcoin but there is always a risk with any other investment too! even if gold that everyone keeps praising everywhere is a risky investment.
and everyone has their own theories, some of them very strange!

all i want to point out without repeating all the answers others gave is that being "worried" is a good thing but being irrational and trying to link some weird stuff like ICOs to bitcoin is not.

Every investment absolutely comes with a risk and if an investor is looking for a risk free investment, then the person is apparently ready not to invest at all.

Bitcoin to me now is much more like a mid risk investment and one that even gives more hope of something big which is glaring and if everything works pretty fine will make any investor smile at the end.

if you mean crash Price Back to 0 will not happen but in bad case price may be down to 3000$ or up to 7000$

If nothing is expected to happen with bitcoin, how can we say that bitcoin will crash down? Why we spread panic about bitcoin which is totally based on speculation. For the time being down fall of price should not be assumed a crash for bitcoin. Is bitcoin that much weak, as the people thinking about it. I don’t believe that these type of speculations can crash bitcoin because bitcoin is so much strong in the cryptocurrency market.
