The sale ends on Friday 23rd Feb. 2018 23:59 UTC. All unsold tokens will be burned--As to whether leftover tokens from the pre-sale will carry over to the main sale, I do not have that information. In regards to the hard cap in ETH, due to price fluxuation of ETH it's difficult to say.
