Question: Please choose the coin-swap mechanic you prefer. For further details regarding the logic please read the most recent update (30th October). The option that receives the most votes by Saturday the 4th November, will be the one applied to the swap.
* You get ONE coin on the new blockchain for every FOUR Signatum V1 coins you swap to the new blockchain. All Signatum V1 coins received during the swap, will be burned.
* You get ONE coin on the new blockchain for every TWENTY Signatum V1 coins you swap to the new blockchain. You will then get to keep your Signatum V1 coins in the process too and are free to trade them afterwards. Hence no coins will be burned.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

What risks do i incur if i do not want to intend the swap from Sigt to straks?
I know that sigt could end anytime, due to lack of exchange.
Can Doc "switch off" the sigt button or he can't do much things about it?
I already assumed my losses with sigt so i think i do not want to enter in straks project that do not seems to me very realistic with swap times of 6 years.
I also prefered that straks was  more scarce, like 40/50millions at most. The only flaw that i saw at signatum project (too much cojns) apart short minded devs that killed a potencial golden eggs chicken just to make short term profit instead concentrating in the project at long term.
If a lot of people swap sigt for staks, sigt will be more scarce.
Like someone said sigt is a community driven coin and if dev left project  like satoshi did with bitcoin can this kill sigt?

Signatum, LUX, STRAKS are  the same the developers of the coin, where there is a Scam, and everywhere you can say "...As Satoshi did with bitcoin, it can kill Sigma?"

I have full block chain from TRUE old SIGNATUM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2030529.0

But I did have a problem with syncronization...
I did find only one working node:
Quote
addnode = 45.77.51.253
And now syncronization is complete...

I cann't open official http://explorer.signatum.io and http://explorer.signatum.download sites.
I cann't find working nodes there.

I know about POW period for this coin is ended, pools with nodes did delisting this coin...
I know about POS mining in this network and I know about this is decentralized...
I don't want to do any coin swap. But...
NEED TO HAVE LIVE NODE LIST WITH ACTUAL NODES.

I see here https://novaexchange.com/addnodes/SIGT/ only two nodes
and I know about this:
Quote
addnode=coinsmarkets.com:33333
but this all nodes can not give me synchronization...

So I did try to do public node from my wallet:
1. Port 33333 was been forwarded and opened outside on my router.
2. http://twodns.de domain registered (I have dynamic IP and I need DDNS service).
3. SixEleven domain name was been registered with configuration {"alias":ddns_name.from_twodns.de.}
I wanted to make my own node like addnode=coinsmarkets.com:33333
but with dymanic IP (to do updating this in twodns.de account), and
in 611 domain zone: addnode=MY_SIXELEVEN_DOMAIN_NAME.611.to:33333

But I see the problem...
1. http://www.ipfingerprints.com/portscan.php can connect to my opened port 33333 after port forwarding...
PORT | STATE | SERVICE
33333/tcp | filtered | dgi-serv
2. I cann't connect to my node using telnet.
telnet INTERNET_IP 33333
error
3. I have success to connect my node in LAN:
telnet LOCAL_IP_MY_NODE_IN_LAN 33333
success

UPD 29.11.2017:  I did unlock signatum in my firewall and have success and I see opened port in port scanners.

All this says about that...
Network should have an actual nodes with opened ports. Not PEERS LIST.
Peers are not public nodes, they don't have opened port
and addnode command not working with this...

Also, I see SixEleven wallet using UPnP, but signatum-qt not using this.

If anyone want, I can make bootstrap.dat to do syncronization faster
https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/23074/how-to-create-a-bootstrap-dat-file
Quote
COPY /b blk0001.dat+blk0002.dat bootstrap.dat
- there is only one file blk0001.dat (700+ MByte)
To using this, need to use start parameter -loadblock=bootstrap.dat to get synchronization...

Best regards...

Well looks like Signatum became the new Dimecoin.

Atm i don't understand Straks prupose, and to be honest everything is really shady.

so lets suppose that signatum is going to die (which i think won't, becuase at this point new developers can create fork and can contunue original SIGT), so i decide to swap my SIGT. For that i need to send my SIGT to and address provided by Discord Chat Bot.

But how to heck will i do that if Signatum network won't work ( for example 6 months from now).

Huh

Signatum 2.0 would have made sense, but they created a new coin, don't they?

I'm happy that the project is not dead and some people dedicate their time to continue development and move forward. I hold a bit of signatun and it was a pain to see how the value dropped Sad

I thought there was no official announcement about straks until nov 29th? Why is it being mined on Altminer pool already and on block 12506?

https://www.altminer.net/site/mining

Yeah, I mined it on Suprnova pool for few hours, just to check it out Wink

suprnova ready with STRAKS ?? anyone checked mininig from nicehash working ?

stratum+tcp://stak.suprnova.cc:7706 Nicehash (not recommended!): 7707

Read straks thread, are u sure that u want to mine this coin?  Huh
STRAKS, not STAK. Are you missing something important?

How much Gb to sync Signatum Wallet ? any Bootstrap ?
Old signatum have ~700+ MB in blk0001.dat - this is one file now and no have any sence to create any bootstrap,
because bootstrap.dat have the same size.

To make your syncronization faster, add this nodes to config.conf:
Quote
addnode=coinsmarkets.com:33333
addnode=45.77.51.253:33333
place this config in working folder, and run signatum-qt with parameter -conf=config.conf

You can specify working folder using run parameter "-data-dir=folder_name" in this case signatum-qt is portable.

I am really tired when looking at Signatum. It takes my energy out.
I sold all my coins SIGT November 24. Even if rate rise, then I will not regret.
But I'm glad the project is alive, even if he trasformirovalis.
