Here in our country, bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are already exposed in the news and television which only shows that this thing is already legal.Legally accepted but not under the jurisdiction of the government because it is not yet regulated.I am saying that it's legal since we can easily convert our fiat money from a wallet into BTC anytime and vice versa as long as we have the internet connection.

It's legal here in my country and I strongly believe that it will stay at that way. Our government just warn us about scams involving it and be aware of anything that is highly suspected as a form of fraud.

I don't know bitcoin legal is. But I am sure bitcoin is not illegal. Bitcoin is in gray area. İt is not in the white or black area.

The Central Bank of Jordan prohibits banks, currency exchanges, financial companies, and payment service companies from dealing in bitcoins or other digital currencies. While it warned the public of risks of bitcoins, and that they are not legal tender, bitcoins are still accepted by small businesses and merchants.

Is bitcoin legal? I think this question has a different answer. because the legality of bitcoin differs in every country.

Bitcoin is legal, of course, but in a country that has fully regulated bitcoin and received bitcoin. but, bitcoin can also be illegal in a country that has banned bitcoin.
you are right, because ligal or illegal depending on each country as we know in this world there are three categories of state law for bitcoin
1, ligal for countries receiving bitcoin
2, illegal for a country that forbids bitcoin
3, neutral for countries that do not prohibit bitcoin transactions and the government does not regulate all bitcoin issues
If btc is illegal in a country maybe because the government is just paranoid of the traditional system, a die hard fanatic of old or maybe because government think that bitcoin is a threat in their economy or even to their corrupt practices since  bitcoin is decentralized.
And if it is legal government knows how to manage the potential of btc to their country.
And if it is not legal or illegal that means that hibernate just watch for every possibility.

I think It’s legal or illegal depends on from where you earn it and where you going to spend it. If you believe or other than that if you have an internet connection bitcoin is legal.

The legality of anything bitcoin as a case study is dependent on the persons using it, To my own opinion i think it is legal reasons because most countries use it for the purpose of transaction. It's just like when some will say a countries currency is illegal and the people living in that country still use it for the exchange of goods and services.

I think bitcoin is still illegal, because there is no official legality from governments around the world, but legal or illegal is not important to me the most important...

Why should a currency be considered as legal or illegal. It depends on one who uses it. If any currency is used black money then obviously it’s not an legal move from the individual. It’s not that the currency is illegal. Its categorized as illegal as the authority who owns local currency do not want any other currency to lead and cause its local currency gain low value. This is completely a competition.  As long as the currency supports my life, I would support it.

Who you are and what your doing with it is not the basis to make bitcoin legal. It is more about what the majority gain rather self interest and self family centered. One or two or even 10 families aren't the reason to make bitcoin legal in the society. It is all about the people's choice whether they accept or not bitcoin or maybe crypto in their areas of responsibility. I do believeed government who already decided to make crypto legal in their area was the more advantages for the people than disadvantages.

It depends upon the country you resides. Some countries banned bitcoin because people use bitcoin  for legal purpose and at the same for illegal purpose.

The legality of bitcoin depends on who you are, and what you’re doing with it.

There are three main categories of bitcoin stakeholder. Someone may fall under more than one of these categories, and each category has its own legal considerations.

Its not legal or illegal in my country. They have not yet announced anything on this, but the RBI authority has informed all the exchanged not deal with any crypto currencies transactions. They have given 3 months’ time to eradicate the current deals with crypto currencies. But many including the exchanges have filed a case against RBI and now its under progress. Hope, the exchanges win the battle and crypto gets accepted by the government.

Bitcoin should be considered legal in any country until it is banned. As a general rule, every person can engage in all types of entrepreneurial activities until such activities are officially recognized as illegal, that is, there is a presumption of legitimacy of transactions. In any case, so says the legislation of my country. Since in my country the legislature has not yet considered the bill on the crypto currency, the activity with it should be considered legitimate.

For me, Bitcoin cannot be said legal at all. Because I live in a country that has not legalized Bitcoin and is still very limited to use Bitcoin. But at least though I still use Bitcoin, the Government does not punish me and I'm safe to use Bitcoin all this time.
