It is legal. There are other countries who uses it already as their daily transaction purposes and in my country although not everyone knows about it but we have bitcoin atm here
in our country bitcoin is still prohibited from being used directly, but the public is still allowed to own but the government considers it as a deposit and not as a medium of direct exchange

indeed the government is a difficult choice to prohibit or allow, because there are still many criminals who have the potential to use digital currency to store or transact directly, because government technology cannot support or supervise digital money transfers.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Everything depends on the country. In some countries, crypto-currencies are legalized, somewhere prohibited. However, there are countries that have not yet legislated their attitude to crypto-currencies.

For me bitcoin legal, but it is based in the country of how they treat it and if they support it as a digital currency. The only why they say its not legal because it was decentralization no government can ruled it out but definitely its not illegal for everybody.

In my country Bitcoin is Illegal and usage is not allowed but then also it can be used as investment option and the users is whole responsible for what ever problem comes in dealing with it. So we can only convert to fiat currency and use it.

And why it is not legal. Why such thoughts. Many countries have legalized bitcoin. And gradually other countries come to this.

I don't see a reason why BTC wouldn't be legal as it is only another way of payment. Don't you agree?

The legality of bitcoin depends on who you are, and what you’re doing with it.

There are three main categories of bitcoin stakeholder. Someone may fall under more than one of these categories, and each category has its own legal considerations.

Yeah, the question surrounding the relationship between Bitcoin and the law really depends on how the digital currency is being used. Depending on where and how you utilize bitcoin, it is important to remain up-to-date on the latest regulations concerning the digital currency. As laws change across borders, governing bodies and, increasingly, as the platform gains popularity, questions about bitcoin’s legality will continue to be raised.

Well, the legality of Bitcoin is different in several countries in the world. Also, at present, many policymakers in the world have known about digital currencies like Bitcoin, but many of them have not made legal rules regarding it.

And how can they decide whether bitcoin is legal or not.  They did not create it, they do not regulate it and do not influence it in any way.
So I do not understand how this can be explained if bitcoin is decolletization.

bitcoin is legal if its use is still in the crypto business area, while waiting for the government's momentum to implement it officially. there is nothing wrong if it is not used for illegal things. Trading between crypto does not require binding special standards and is still within reasonable limits because there are no official regulations.

Bitcoin is considered legal for developing countries and applies bitcoin as a means of payment, but there are still many who have not been able to accept bitcoin and this can hinder the public from following the free market.

There are three main categories of bitcoin stakeholder. Someone may fall under more than one of these categories, and each category has its own legal considerations.

It seems to me that, Bitcoin legality is depend on the country. There has a country that Bitcoin is officially legal and they used it as a mode of payment, there are also a country who banned it officially and there is also a neutral between Bitcoin is not yet legal but you can used it. You are right about it depends on who you are using it and when you are using it. You will define the usage of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is not yet legal in many countries due to many factors because the government are not showing interest towards the bitcoin but showing interest towards blockchain. In order to get legal we have to wait for some more days because SEC is taking very huge steps whether to legalise the Bitcoin or not.

In my country, I live in Russia while it is possible to use it absolutely legally, even there are bitcoin exchanges on the streets, but there are still very few of them and they do not enjoy success among the population, while our authorities seem to be loyal to this.

Indeed, many countries legalize bitcoin, but there are still many who also cannot accept bitcoin, this depends on each country. So not all countries can legalize bitcoin, there are still many who will review bitcoin.
