I have a game room with 12 pcs I run Mining on for BTC or LTC,
I have space for more systems and video cards since the asic does not seem to producing what they promised from what i have seen so far.

I would like to get 12 more systems ready for mining or the asic systems if and when they ever get done.

What is most common wa to do it is butterfly labs now have stock of units or they still order now wait 3-6 months?

I won't go for BFL now. I would at least wait until they are shipping large amounts.

The ones that you can trust and is actually shipping is ASICMiner and Avalon.
