I was reading white paper for better understanding and found one good thing. I always try to find some different ways for making money from projects. Not just only buy and hold. And i found it in Sintez too. I do not know yet what the threshold of entry will be but we have an opportunity. I am talking about network of oracles from 2.4 WP. If i understood correctly the oracles works like masternodes in another projects or something.

I don't know about minimum individual cap, but I'm sure that there is no the maximum one. The bigger contribution you make the more volume bonus you should have. Here is the bonus graph

Their is no data for the minimum and maximum for presale, it looks like Sintez is totally different. Also they didn't mentioned Hardcap and Softcap, but may be they have other ideas.

Self-regulation is very important aspect of any platform with such a big scale as at the Sintez project.

I join your wishes. However, looking at the team of SINTEZ, I have got that Roman Bakulin, one of the founders of this new project has been involved into internet advertising for over 10 years. That’s great that site gives much information about their ICO, but won’t it be better to watch a video devoted to the project? The site developers can work on it. 
In this case SINTEZ will gather more followers.
