The last phase of the platform will take part in the last quarter of 2019.
Does it mean that the success of project will take part in year 2020? After the completion of the platform?

Sintez platform consists of different modules. Most of them should be realized much earlier than 2020 or even 2019.

They plan to collect applications for participation at pre-sale for around 2 weeks. After that all participants will receive mails with presale address.

I suppose devs want to calculate probable contributions amount before they start to gather funds. That's smart decision.
