I think they have currently stopped the white list sales. Not sure, but when you click on the participate button, it takes you to another page and no form there to fill. On the other hand, there's a textbox on the homepage that requests for your email. Notification about the progress of the project and also participatory information will be communicated through that channel. So try entering your email in that box, otherwise contact Roman on telegram.
