Is it legal to gamble with Bitcoin in the US? Oklahoma? Asking for a friend..... lol

Halo Platform is one of the fastest Blockchains I've seen yet. They have FREE transactions. 250 Millisecond Block speeds. Smart contracts, Masternodes, blockchain games, and their own high speed DEX with BTC/ETH/USDC pairs. Similar to ETH, Waves, EOS, and more yet with only $1 million mcap. This video showcases the speed and reliability of the blockchain using the DEX, Masternodes (that will soon payout in BTC and ETH), blockchain games, and more! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g74d3ixX7E8&feature=youtu.be
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I believe so. Just depends on what company/platform. If you're into esports, there's a platform called Unikrn and they're currently working on making real-money wagering in the US. They're backed by Mark Cuban and their sale ends in 2 hours. Definitely worth looking into. https://unikoingold.com/

Is it legal to gamble with Bitcoin in the US? Oklahoma? Asking for a friend..... lol

Gambling especially online casinos and the popular eSports platforms are all legal in USA granted that the company has successfully applied for and got approval of all the required documents from the appropriate governmental agencies and let's not forget as long as the state you are in has no specific law banning that specific gambling activity.

Online gambling is now a very big and at the same time a very lucrative industry. With the help of the blockchain technology that is providing many new innovations to gambling, this industry is poised for more real growth and can really explode in the coming years. No wonder there are now many gambling projects introducing their own ICOs to entice the public to invest on their tokens.

We just have to careful not to get addicted and at the end lost everything we worked for!

If the game website was in America he gets a license and works in accordance with the laws of the United States. What's illegal? If the website is on another domain extension that is not subject to the laws of the United States and to you, too, can't be any complaints. In any case, the responsibility always lies with the owner of the website.

It's just like you're trading and gambling at same time , double profit ! especially when bitcoin reach $ 6000

"For a friend" lol.

Anyways, in the case of something like nitrogensports, it is technically illegal. However, don't expect government agencies to go banging on your door. They're much more likely to go after the headquarters of the site.

Although, with cases of a licensed bookie, if they do take bitcoin, then it's just a happy accident and you should be fine.

more gamble sites are available in Internet today. so may it happens in some times because bit coin giving more profit for that reason people trying to bit coin business and earning money from that. in us it may happens it's not only part in and other country people also doing like this. gamble is really very frod thing but in this way we have to earn money easily and invest in trading, mining. so most of the people interested in gamble.

To gamble with valuable things at an US based gambling site is only legal if the site has an US license. Best example is SWCPoker who was based in the US but had no license there.

If a player lives in the US but send bitcoin abroad to gamble, there is literally no way for US authorities to control this.

I dont even think if all US citizens are gambling in US based sites. Because as a gambler, most are trying any gamble sites that suits them. I for one do not really check if is it in the US or not but as long as i like the style then its ok form me. But i guess their are also sites that we're taken down for lacking a valid license or expired license. But for me i prefer gambling in sites outside the US to not be tracked if ever the site is tracked.

That's kinda cool. Using cryptocurrencies, for convenience instead of real money that you have to input first in your accounts  Smiley

OP does not mention online games, because the place has indicated the name. For this reason, it is currently impossible to bet with btc physically. At least I think of such a technology coming.

Honestly I doubt there is a country that totally banned or considering for gambling to be illegal. Why? Money flows on that place like a river run. But it must be regulated and with licences that obviously recognized by the government itself. United States of America is one of the country with most casinos and high end especially in Nevada. So I doubt Oklahoma will doing the opposite.

if you are of the age of majority, able to gamble, and have reported the bitcoin and intend to report your winnings, you should be fine. be sure to save records of your transactions within the casino, they usually have a csv you can export if you need to be able to provide a record. this is general for United States citizens; Im not quite sure of the specific laws that govern Oklahoma concerning gambling. alot of it has to do with the casino you used is licensed. if they are unregulated, that comes back on you a bit, but mostly reflects poorly on them. so use a decent casino, not a fly by night, that asks you for identity documentation (if they are legit, they pretty much have to conduct proper aml/kyc if they serve US citizens)

Absolutely yes specially in Las Vegas, in this place there are lot of legal sites and online casinos for your bitcoin gambling needs just make sure you are joining the legal sites because some maybe not legit in which some are vulnerable for hack that will request for you to download some applications or urge you to open a links sites that may put your computer securities at risk so be careful.
