A sector I have always been interested in is real estate. An upcoming ICO, Propthereum.io, will be launching a coin backed by real estate. This is very interesting to me as the real estate market is one of the biggest in the world. In short they will be using proceeds raised from their ICO to purchase A-grade property worldwide. This will generate a rental income and underlying value for the PTC token holder. The great thing about this is that the coin will always increase in value. Check them out and give their whitepaper a read. They are expecting a 1566% coin appreciation in a short period of time!

I actually don't track ICO's super close but I think Datum looks very good (http://www.datum.org).  Since they're a marketplace for users to sell their data (facebook likes, tweets, fitbit data etc), I guess i'd put them in the finance sector.
