Hello,

I am offering 10 USB block erupters by ASICMINER.  This auction will end 24 hours after the time stamp of this post.

Starting Bid:  2.2 BTC
Bidding Increments .01

If bidder wants shipping to US addresses, add .05 to the total amount to cover USPS Priority shipping.  If the bidder is elsewhere or want different shipping, you will have to add the BTC equivilant for exact shipping charges.  Escrow is available if desired at the bidders expense.

Example Bids:

2 @ 2.2

1 @ 2.78

(Here's a little optimism)

10 @ 5.23

Good Luck to all.

I am in California.  USPS Priority Shipping to US locations is $5.35 which is about .05 BTC.

Can we start with a lower price than your starting bid? You can always state there is a min reserve price - you might get the ball rolling rather than setting the starting bid approximately equal to or greater than the estimated value...

I can't change the terms of the auction.  It's against forum rules.  My US zipcode is 94019.  You can use that to get quotes from the carrier of your choice.  I'd add on the BTC equivalent of the shipping charge.

you cant but we can, I will get you started on 10@1.5 (I will pay all escrow and shipping costs to E.U.)
As this is lower than your starting bid there is no obligation for you to accept. Win-Win!

Who would be used as the escrow?

You could ask John K or whoever else you wish.  How about you add your winning bid + shipping + escrow fee and send it to the escrow agent.  After delivery is confirmed by signature, funds are released to me.

I second this and bid 10@1.7

Sorry everybody, but this auction is too silly!  Auction closed due to lack of non-silliness!

If anybody wants these USB devices, here is a thread where they are available at 2.2 BTC with only moderate silliness...

I was just getting you started, and it worked, Auctions are best run from a low price, let people fight for them, If you start at asking or higher no-one will be interested, that's silly.  Grin

Unfortunately, the users of this forum are far too clever for that and will see right through your little stunt. Grin

Hey - I heard my name! I would be happy to offer you the same hardware in non-auction format, although, if you'd like to have your own subconscious auction and end up at a price 10-20% higher, I'd be happy to accept that, too!

... and you may or may not get a little silliness with your delivery, too Smiley
