4 confirms per transaction. So every transaction will be confirmed in 2 mins.

Two minutes is the expected confirmation time.  So, only ~50% of transactions should be confirmed in 2 minutes or less.  It's not a good sign when the launch contains assertions that aren't true..

The blocktime is at 30 sec pretty much from the beginning. Due to the accelerated diff adjusting I suppose, also 60 block diff re-target which is a really very frequent diff adjustment.

Yes, and with the blocks coming an average of 30 seconds apart you can expect approximately 50% of transactions to be confirmed in 2 minutes.  The original post claims that "every" transaction would be confirmed in 2 minutes, which is wrong.

The cryptsy just take any reasonable coins, they let the market determine the value. EZcoin launched yesterday and started at only 0.000006 (hope the zeros are right ). This is a good strategy for an exchange.
