We will have an IOS and Android app in Q2 of 2018.

Yes, we would reach it without fiat for sure. Really small % of contributors paid in fiat.

EDU tokens are going to be released in the coming weeks. Our plan is to release all tokens in February to contributors.

Released tokens are going to be locked until March 1st. March 1st is going to be the first day you can trade. The current market is just not a suitable environment to launch new tokens. We are timing the market and waiting for the Chinese New Year to finish.
