I still temporarily think to postpone. And do cryptocurrency straight. Now it is very necessary to carefully monitor the events. Therefore, I am waiting for a more suitable time for investment in ICO.

An initial coin offering is similar in concept to an initial public offering (IPO), both a process in which companies raise capital, while an ICO is an investment that gives the investor a cryptocoin, more commonly known as a coin or a token in return for investment, which is quite different to the issuance of securities as is the case in an IPO investment. Do you invest in ICO? and has you make money from it?
I prefer to invest in old projects, when I do this, I have some confidence that I will not have unexpected problems due to the fact that the new project did not go as expected.

Yes I do invest in ICO's and it has paid off in time past until we have a long bearish season since the year 2018 began, Had to stop investing and count my loss, waiting until the market fully recover, hopefully my investment portfolio will recover/ increase in value .

I participated in some bounty campaigns in the few previous months, and earned an additional profit from this work, but never invested in any ICO project right now, I prefer doing the bounty because it's safest than investing your money and waiting a long time until the token get listed in exchanges.

Investing in ICOs is very lucrative and I do when I have done my due diligence regarding to decision to contribute. Due to several factors recently, I have halted investing but rather participate in bounties and a little bit of trading.

I invested in some but mostly my earnings in ICO is from my bounty hunting. I prefer bounty because I don't see any risk from my financial states. I also think that investing in ICO is a good start due to low prices and could possibly rise after completion.

I have made money. If I have learned anything though from my time of investing in ICO's is that once a coin gets listed on the exchange it usually dumps pretty hard. The reason being is the bounty hunters dump their coins. My advice would be to invest. Stay up to date with the projects news. As soon as it is listed sell, and buy back in after the dump then hold. Thats what I do and I usually end up with 3 times ATLEAST from what I bought during the token sale!

You've got more chance to lose your money with ICO. The most of them are scam projects

I make money from the long-term holding strategy. I think that you should be experienced to get money from ICO. I am afraid of taking great risks and now prefer buying coins and selling them later
This market is heavily affected by speculators, so it is very difficult to make a fundamental analysis of an ico because even good projects that you may think may become successful in the future do not because people are not really interested in new and better technology, they are only interested in making money and if the community is not excited about the coin then you're not going to make money with it.

Yes, last year was a big blowout to the ico investors, way back 2017. When at that time, when you are a ico investor, considering to have a good discounted value, you can surely have a big profit on making ico investments.

I think, I have not been lucky to invest in ICO, I know it is full of chaos and unexpected things, I have to be patient this year because the ICO I have done has not given me any benefit, I have to wait until the end of the year, I am waiting for the exchange nice.
Patience! That is all that it takes and nothing more than that. As long as you have a full understanding of what you are holding, you know it has a future, and there is a ready team to keep developing as well as a product that would always bring about demand in the long run, then such a situation is when you really want to be very relaxed and focus more on the long term.

That is one thing a lot of people do not have and ends up selling at a lower price, the idea of investing in a project in its early stage is all because you are so much in it for the future and nothing else.

I am not an ICO investor but I made money on them. Everytime ICO bounties have been published , I immediately send an application to participate in their bounty and earn rewards from the total bounty pool. In this way, I can make money without investing in any project/s and I am glad to help them promote their projects to the investors.

I was making money during 2017 and also until February this year by investing in ICO but since then trying to make money from ICO has been a fruitless task. Most of them have dropped in value by 30% or greater straight after launching.
Well, ICOs should not be looked at in a short term investment kind of way but instead should be seen as a long term investment. The fact that they are down now due to the bear market does not mean you still will not make your profit in the long run when things start getting rosy with the market.

There is always a different phase for a market and right now we are in a bulls phase and even the ICOs that has risen in the past as well are still finding it hard to cope with the bear trend as well, but in the long run, we will sure get to see a whole lot of things change.

Yes, there were a lot of ICOs, that give huge profits. But nowadays, most of them are trash, just a whitepaper and a website, without any product or community. Just investigate them better and you will get good outcomes.

I have already invested in several projects, which are going to make ICOs easier and more reliable. Untill their release, ICO investments are too risky, because I would not have a chance to impact the team after I gave my money to them. It is very risky.

No, because I did not come up with a project and did not come up with ideas that would change the world for the better, although I have such a desire that would really change the situation in the world for the better.

Yeah i did very good money from icos. In bull markets if you have some experience about icos you can easily earn money from icos. Because if you can choose the best ones.
Every ico can do 10x which have good team investors and good project. But surely only in bull market. in bear you can easily lost your money minus 10x :=).

in my opinion as a beginner do not invest in ICO because this has a very big risk. many ICOs are scam, so it's better to invest in altcoins that already have large capitalization and trading volumes like bitcoin cash and ethereum. or we can also get money from the bounty program. I have obtained from the signature campaign several times and the results are quite good. so that in addition to our investment we can also benefit by working on campaign projects.

Bounties are life, bounties are love. It is much safer method to check out the demand for certain ICO tokens. When I see that project is fine, I buy more tokens, in opposite case, I sell them all. There is too much risk in investing during the ICO stage. Everybody will prove it.
