Thank you for your query. Unfortunately we were forced to suspend all the bounty program activity.
The Bounty manager is no longer actively involved and we are internally managing the program.
The stakes were assigned on the spreadsheet through to the end of the last week the program ran and it was announced.

Once the token sale is complete we will be closing out and calculating the stakes and issuing the tokens, as per the bounty agreement.

Hello! I've been reading your whitepaper, and I'm curious about how are going to implement it. As far as I know, Ethereum transaction fees are rather high now, so my concern is that it would be quite expensive for advertisers and customers to use your platform. How do you solve this problem?

That's a really good question!  Actually, compared to bank fees, Ethereum tx fees are still very low, so we're able to very favorably compete.
We can of course do settlement at a lower priority as well, so we don't always need to compete with the high priority transactions that are taking up higher gas fees when we process, our tx's can wait a little longer to complete. 
There are also other solutions, like batching the transactions together, but we're in favor of more realtime approaches to settlement ;-)

That`s what bothers me too! I`ve realized recently that I haven`t registered on their official website so how could I get tokens to my  prior   
Then I recheck the requirements and realize that  there were no obvious requirements for bounty hunters to register on the https://tokensale.cashbag.co/
We only had to give ours ETH addresses.  So how could we get our tokens on the dashboard prior to the wallets?
