Am I missing something? Is this only every week or do you have to have a certain duration of time also that you spend on the forum?

It has to be  information somewhere about levelling up upgrade. I know that recently time counter was added here

It only updates every second tuesday or something like that. And only 1 activity per post per day. So every two weeks you can get 14 activity.

It is not about the amount of time you spend on the forum but rather how many constructive posts you make in a 2 week period. Somebody else said Tuesday and I believe they are correct. Today I am gaining more activity

and this is because it is Tuesday and rank can increase every two weeks. That being known two weeks from now if you made more than 4 posts you will level up to Member I think at 60 activity.
