XAPO TRANSFER STILL PENDING AFTER SEVERAL HOURS

Hi,
I made a transfer from XAPO to a BCT Wallet, i paid the high priority fee to make the transfer faster. Have passed like 3 hours and its still pending, the seller is asking for a transaction ID, and they don't give you a transaction ID, or a transaction hash, so you basically can't check what is going on.

The avg confirmation time in Blockchain is supposed to be 40 minutes...

They DON'T have support, only a faq site, but you can't make support tickets or something. Does some one have experience with these guys? Im very worried.

That's why I hate xapo from the very beginning, now you only have wait and from your seller, if they will. Since you can't get the transaction ID of the transaction you can't show them any proofs except the screenshot of sending funds, including there the receiving address and the amount.

I guess you should contact them with their social media accounts, I find it for you.

How much time does it normally take? Should I cancel the transaction and make a new transaction in the app?

You could send an email to them directly via support@xapo.com. If you want to check the transaction and see how many confirmation it has already, just go to blockchain.info and paste the address where you sent the funds. It would be a bit hassle though, since you need to manually check for the date, time, and the amount that matches the transaction you made. Try if it will work

you have still verifyed your accoutn on xapo with an photo with you and your passport or something like this ?
becourse i have to send them a passport before i can use all services of xapo -.-

If i remember correctly, if your transaction is under 0.01 btc then you have to expect quite a wait before your transaction is actually broadcasted onto the blockchain. If it's over 0.01 BTC though, the process should be instant.

Either way, contact their support.

Hopefully they can resolve the issue for you.
